Khmer Mart Express News has produced a Java-based phone application provided for mobile phone subscriber to access various services included news, finance, weather, entertainment, library, horoscope, sport and job  all in Khmer language.

Khmer Mart Express News was officially launched on 05 September 2009, after having been officially recognised by Circular No. 509 of the Ministry of Information on 29 December, 2008.

During our presentation of this unique application, H.E. Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information, has welcomed the technological innovation and endorse a full support for Khmer Mart Express News. Following the event, we have gained a lot of media attention.
