After having been officially recognised by Circular No. 509 of the Ministry of Information on 29 December 2008, H.E. Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information allowed Khmer Mart Express News officers to pay courtesy call on 03 July 29, 2009.

He has welcomed the technological innovation and endorsed a full support for Khmer Mart Express News.

He will also inform Samdech Akkak Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister and H.E. Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister regarding this information technology.

Finally, he will help to promote this information technology through local magazines and newspapers, he added.
